Refund Policy
Your health and trust are our top priorities.
At Joysan Yoga, we value your commitment to health and wellness. All fees paid for yoga classes, workshops, or training programs are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
*Refund requests must be made in writing via email or official form to our administration office.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following specific conditions:
- Class Cancellation by Center: If we cancel a class or course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer fees.
- Medical Reasons: If you cannot continue due to a certified medical condition, you may be eligible for a partial refund towards future classes (Proof required). Note: Not applicable for any Course.
- Duplicate Payment: Erroneous payments will be refunded in full after verification.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind, personal schedule conflicts, or lack of attendance.
- Failure to attend classes without prior notice.
- Online course or digital content (pre-recorded sessions, eBooks, online workshops) once accessed.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working dayss via the original payment method. Please note that administrative or transaction charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another class, program, or participant (subject to approval).
Unused classes will not be converted for future Classes or Courses.
